iSpring Learn has become iSpring LMS, marking its evolution into a comprehensive learning management system designed for today’s training needs.
What this means for you: Your account, login, and data remain unchanged. No action is needed, and all links, content, and integrations continue to work as usual.
What’s new: Course creation is now faster thanks to the AI Assistant and AI Image Generation tool. More features are already in development, including exporting Knowledge Base articles to PDF and drag-and-drop question types. These updates are part of our ongoing plan to make course creation and learning smoother and more engaging.

Now you can set the exact frequency and time for 360° Review reminders. Adjust the subject line and message text to match your HR processes, remove or change the method name, and send reminders at optimal times so they don’t overload employee inboxes.

Waitlist for events
Popular training events may fill up fast and leave some learners disappointed. With the new Waitlist feature, employees can join a queue when an event is full and receive a notification if a seat becomes available. Admins can also monitor demand and schedule additional sessions when needed.
To enable this, set up your event as usual and activate the waitlist option. Learners who miss the initial registration can then add themselves to the list. You can also enable waitlists for existing training events.
