Improved report page

We've redesigned the report page with a clean, modern look. New filters allow you to sort data by date, department, and group, making it easier than ever to find the information you need.

Transparent Likert scale results

Likert scale survey results are now easier to understand and analyze thanks to color grading. The darker the shade of the color in the report, the more popular the answer.

Images in reports

The report now shows images for all types of questions, making it easier to review and analyze quiz results with full context. This improvement allows you to see exactly how questions were presented to learners, including any visual aids.

Detailed answer attempt breakdown

The report now shows all attempts for tests and surveys, including those within courses and presentations. This allows you to: - Assess real preparation levels - Identify where improvements are needed - Understand how many attempts it typically takes to pass a test

Meet the New Knowledge Base in iSpring LMS!

What’s new:

  • Customizable appearance. You can now personalize the Knowledge Base with your company’s colors, making everything look consistent and professional.
  • Navigation panel. This will help you quickly find what you need, even if there’s a lot of information.
  • Spaces. Create collections of materials and control who can access them. This means employees will only see what they need, and administrators can keep everything organized in one place.
  • Articles. You can now create, open, and read articles online without downloading anything.

Plus, employees can add useful information to the Knowledge Base to share their unique expertise with the team.

If you conduct 360° reviews, tracking employees’ growth just got easier. We've added a new "before and after" report that displays an employee's results before and after training.
The 360° Review feature is available in the Business plan.
