Today, Proactive Technical Training uses iSpring Suite and iSpring LMS to create and deliver courses, quizzes, and assessments to around 100 learners each month.\n<\/p>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The challenge: making training easier to develop<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before iSpring, Proactive Technical Training relied primarily on <strong>classroom training<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While classroom-based training remained an important part of the company\u2019s approach, the team needed a more flexible way to develop and deliver online learning and assessments. Two challenges stood out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Making training and assessment materials more accessible to learners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Streamlining course development and deployment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The existing approach required significant trainer time and made it difficult for learners to access additional resources outside scheduled training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Proactive Technical Training, the goal was not simply to move classroom courses online. The team wanted to combine different learning formats and make training more adaptable for both the business and its clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The solution: iSpring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The team discovered iSpring through word of mouth and chose it after previously using another LMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the key differences was the ability to create courses using built-in authoring features.
